Pixel's Hive is a digital art services studio, not a physical product retailer. We do not ship physical goods.

How Delivery Works

All services offered by Pixel's Hive result in digital file deliverables. Once your order is completed, your production-ready files are uploaded directly to your Client Portal account at portal.pixelshive.com — no shipping, no waiting for packages, no tracking numbers.

• ⬡Standard turnaround: 24–48 hours depending on service complexity.
• ⬡Advanced and Complex orders may take 48–96 hours.
• ⬡You will receive a notification when your files are ready for download.
