4. Digital Delivery

Pixel's Hive provides digital file services only. All deliverables are provided digitally through the Client Portal. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including technical outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

Revisions. You can request revisions within 30 days of the ticket's completion, until you're happy with the result. If a request is not a revision (for example, new scope, new elements or a different design), Pixel's Hive may ask you to pay additional coins.

5. Returns and Refunds

As a digital service provider, we do not accept returns. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, designs, texts, logos, and digital assets — is the property of Pixel's Hive or its respective owners. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

The artwork files we produce for you are licensed for your production use. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our Services.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
